The protein used is in fact made up of 100% hydrolyzed Irish proteins Optipep 90% produced by Carbery, world leader in the production of hydrolyzed milk proteins, which allow to obtain small fractions of peptides for enzymatic digestion processes with a high intake of L-Leucine. These are thus rapidly absorbed by the body, providing essential amino acids for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Vitamin B1 contributes to the important process of converting glucose into energy. Vitamin B1, or Thiamine, has the role of synthesizing the body’s energy processes, releasing the latter with the energy necessary to carry out daily activities.
Vitamin B3 or niacin, is essential for cell respiration, promotes blood circulation, acts as a protector for the skin, and is very useful in the process of digestion of food.
